NA 4 port

If you have a TII engine running NA with a carbie, how difficult/expensive is it to swap the rotors over to say, s5 NA rotors? How much horsepower do you think there is to be gained?

Thanks

Someone said it's about a 5HP gain to go with higher compression S5 rotors.

I guess it isn't worth the money then. I am supprised it is this that small though as this is from low compression (I think 8.5:1) to the highest compresion (I think it was 9.7:1)

yeah I'm not too sure about those numbers. Pineapple racing told me there was a 5hp gain from S4 N/A rotors to S5 N/A rotors. (9.4:1 to 9.7:1), so I think there has got to be a bit more than 5 hp from going from TII rotors to N/A rotors.

well you would have to completely tear down and rebuild the motor... so the only question would be is it worth doing that..

the hardest part will be finding a good pair of s5 rotors...
