That's funny....
Truth is sometimes I get carried away on the accelerator, and I need that buzzer as a reminder to cool down. The buzzer probably broke because of being in constant use. I wore the thing out.

I know that it is located behind the guages, but that seems like alot of work. I'm thinking of maybe replacing the instrument pannel if I could get one cheap.

I could try fixing it, replacing the buzzer, (probably a bad connection)

OR get a shift light, problem with a shift light is that I have a very original look to everything and I don't want something stickinng out. I will probably be alot of work to hide the light in one of the vents. 1984 dash board.

P.s. Love your car!! Maybe I'll visit austrailia sometime, I did meet a AMAZING GIRL from Melborne. Look out for a girl named Sandy!! tell her I said HI!!

Does the '83 GSL have a buzzer alert?

There are soo many little electical problems with my car it's crazy. Like for example I have to have my headlights on and for me to turn on my radio, and If i want to listen to anything besides the gospil channel I have to push in my sig lighter. LOL, no joke. It's probly a crossed wire somewhere, but the hell if I know where it's at.
