Damnit i think i overpayed for my car. I paid 3700, mind you it is Canadian dollars. It has 60K miles on it 100000 kilos and the interior is minty but it needs paint and my rims arent shiny like that. Also that freaking shutter valve in the carb makes damn noises after 4500 RPM you guys know why? i dont.

Try taking off the vac lines and capping them, then run it and see if it still makes the noises. If it doesn't you're all set, but if it does then it's not your shutter valve.

Has some nice rims for good prices.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by "what size the rims need to be"?

The bolt pattern for non -SE first gens is 110mm x 4. You can fit anything to about 7" wide on. You sadi you wanted 15" for auto-x, so you can grab a nice set of 15"x7" rims for under $400 for the set.

The stock wheel sizes were 13"x5" for the steel rims and 13"x5.5" for the 4 spoke alloys.

Hope this is usefull. Lemme know if you need anymore help.

The only other site I know is www.tirerack.com

Mr Rose always said he wanted Panasports for his car. Our cars are almost twins.

Not exactly cheap though.

Hows the short throw shifter? Ive never driven a car with one. Have you driven a 1st Gen without one and is there a difference?

Is that discounttiredirect.com have prices for a set of 4 with tires or is that per rim. If its for four thats a great deal!

You can get a nice set of 4 rims for under $400 with no tires from http://www.discounttiredirect.com/ ]DiscountTireDirect[/URL]. Tires from there start around the $75 per tire price range.
Problem is it appears they don't have any rims that fit non GSL-SE cars.
