Red face my front left side of car is lower

oky i have an 84 gs with 93k and the front driver side sits like 21 inch lower than the other side. I know that the ball joint seals are busted could this be my prop? Maybe the shocks or springs? also my driver rear end sits low to but the bar that connects it to the car is bent. Sould this effect the front ride hight?

Since when did shocks have anything to do with ride height?

Replace the springs.

When one lifts a uni-body car, one must be carefull. Me, i never jack up a car from the rearend, or from the crossmember, but rather i use the frame rails that run along from the firewall to right before the rear wheels.
The owners manual will shed some light on this subject.
Read it !

There ARE gas shocks available for these cars which will definitely affect ride height, you know.

...but not 21 inches

What's wrong with jacking it from the rearend? That's what's holding the rear up anyways.

I guess one could,, But me. I prefer to lift one corner at a time. Maybe more work for me, but i know exactley
where each stand is and where it's placed for safety.

I jack under the rear pumpkin. You DON'T jack under the lower control arm. That's how it get's bent among other ways. THat's what they're saying.
