Mounting up Momo Seats

I have the chance to purchase a set of Momo Corsas for my SA and she is very happy about that - however, I've been told that there might be a fitament issue and do not want to hand over $200 (even for Momos) if they are not going to fit.

If I can't go with the Momos are there any other seats that other's have put in their cars without issue - I need racing seats because I am going to be putting a harness in the car for time trials and eventually Spec7 / Sprint / Enduro races.

Look forward to hearing the advice.

Thanks!

I have Momos in my car, and they fit -- but just barely. I needed to lower my seating height, so my seat risers are bolted directly to the floorpan -- no fore-aft adjustment. The issue you may have is the width of the seats. All the fiberglass / CF seats are a little wide at the shoulders due to their type of construction. Drop a plumb bob from your roof to the centerline of your seat mounting. Now measure the distance to the door trim panel just below the lock ****. Multiply this distance by 2 and compare to your seats at the widest point. If the seat is more than a few mm wider, you'll have to do something undesirable to make them fit. Mine just touch the door trim panel.
