most hp you've gotten out of a N/A 12A?

what is the most horsepower do you think you can squeeze out of a naturally aspirated 12A. those of you with modded n/a 12A's how much hp do you have? what are your mods?

damn! thats awesome....i dont have any porting experience tho so i think im going to give mine a street port as a learning experience. i wonder how much i can get out of it. im gonna have the street port, RB exhaust, better carb, ignition upgrades, the works, everything except a turbo/super

oooh, I like it.

Now, how much can the average Joe pull off on a NA 12A with a small budget?
(i.e., Us Poor College Students)

It seems that exhaust and intake (Weber, Dellerotto (sp?)) are the quickest way to get there?
Then porting?

What else is there?

120 ........are you sure? i forget who it was im to lazy to find the post but someone was selling a 12A streetported fb that had 164 RWHP.

Can't be just 120.... Most people try to claim their exhaust alone does that much...

my 12a J-Bridge put 196 to the wheels and It was running lean and I haven't touched the ignition yet. Back to the dyno in a month or so with smaller air jets!

Average Joe with a non ported 12a? 140ish at the fly give or take.

streetport you can get close to 200

with stock ports you probly wont get above 140, maybe 150 if your good

if im porting the engine myself, do you think i could pull off a bridge port without screwing up or should i stick with a streetport for my first?

doy! sorry i was thinking stock port. can get up to 120 fairly easy
