MOP-OMP rebuild questions?
Grab, twist & pull. Clean the OD with brake clean or IPA (Isopropal Alcohol) so your grip won't slip. If you need to use plyers put some rubber between the plyers and the aluminum. A rubber glove or inner tube would work.
