Has anyone bought/used the metering oil pump rebuild kit from Lowes Performance shop in Florida?

honestly, i never even heard of them until just now. i will move this to the Gen I forum. you may have better luck there.

Bought several from them over the years, and it includes the large, oblong O-rings needed to reseal the pump against the front housing. Also comes with smaller O-rings and copper crush washers for the OMP lines, too.

I'd buy with confidence from them - are you having an OMP issue, specifically?

I have been using an OMP rebuilt using the lowes kit for over five years without issue.

i believe that's where i bought my rebuild from and had no issue.

Thanks for the response long duck! Yes its leaking from that area. Always have oil laying around the housing below the pump. I replaced the lines (old and brittle but not leaking apparently) and still the leak. The pump does work though. When the kit comes I will do the rebuild. Ordered last week, should be here soon.....

Looks like alot good feed back about Lowe's rebuild kits!

I stopped by there shop today and bought a kit for 12a.
Kit has all the parts to rebuild omp and comes with instructions, also met mike lowe and talked with him for a while, nice people there
I reccomend the kit
