mech secundaries!

Hi all , well I'm in the proces of putting Direct fire on my 12A and I was wondering how easy would it be to open the secundaries on factory nikki? I would like to try that before I go buy webers!

It is simple and effective so that a modified Nikki is a better carb than the Weber 45 but not as good as the IDA 48 for bigger ports requiring greater than 450 cubic air flow..
