Never had any probs with them before.Could just be an inventory delay. They processed and shipped all my orders quickly, way faster than RB anyways.....

I have made several purchases from them without a problem and I live on the other side of the country. They may have a certain day that they ship on that you may have just missed causing a delay.

I agree it took a little bit for mine, But The end result was worth it, I dont think it was more there fault than it was slow *** UPS. Thier customer service is freaking TOP-O-LINE as far as I am concerned!

email them about shipping questions - they usually send a message back with details within a couple of hours.

Im up here in winnipeg and I just ordered my LSD clutchplates and a new ring and pinion a few weeks back, and it only took a week from the day I ordered to get here. However this was a fairly small package.

my experience w/mazdatrix has been that many a time, my orders included current out of stock items..these were not reflected on the website, and I was not contacted about it either...however upon inquiry I was told the situation..so they tend to work on the inquiry system, which most customers probably prefer.
Mazdatrix does a great service catering to our rather antique cars
I have no issues with them
