SMITH DRIVES THE AUDI

but anyway i can name off all the shitty gm cars and trucks but there still better than alot of companys
my dad is a chevy certified technition,
we own a 2001 grand prix, and yes the interior is crap in those same pieces in the panels were junk
among the crappy cars they put out include
cavaquier(my dad calls them that)
sunfire
s-10
and some old 80s cars from buick like the skyhawk and such but gm has a better track record than alot of other companys such as
ford has alot of crappy cars, escort, tempo, taurus, probe, i could go on either way fords suck ***,

oh yeah and one thing i was utterly un impressed with was how that ducati 994 couldnt outrun that police cruiser lol

the reason all the cars were GM, is because they were all donated to the movie Talk about product awareness... and yeah, the ducatti getting outrun by the cruiser was a bit unrealistic. I absolutely loved the movie, i need to go see it again, and yes, i saw the FB

5.75$ per ticket...

Good seeing a classic FB... probably wouldn't have seen if I didn't read the thread before I went.

Agreed, but on a movie like the Matrix, you aren't doing it justice unless it's on a DVD, Satellite, Hi-Def, or the actual theater, in full Digital picture and sound.

Downloading a "beta-cam" version only works when you want to see the movie again and again to figure out what you missed the first time. (As I have)

If any of you have a monster computer to handle it... or just an xbox or playstation 2 I guess, get the Enter the Matrix game!

The game is directed by the witchkowski bros just like the movie. And many actors from reloaded are in it.

I've been playing it for hours now, and it's the most fun I have ever had playing a game.

It gives you much more perspective on the movie since they go together..

Not to be a nitpicker, but Betacam has a specific meaning - many ENG (electronic news gathering) teams use Betacam, as in Sony Beta format video cameras, to record on location. While a few have switched to miniDV, such as the Canon XL1s or Sony VX2000 cameras, Beta has been the standard for the news media for a few decades.

A betacam version of a current release would thus be one recorded by a betacam camera specifically, then digitized (uploaded, but also converted from the analog beta signal to a digital signal) through a beta deck to create a false digital copy for internet or other computer distribution

For those who havent seen teh FB yet,

Morpheus is on top of the truck. He puts a samurai sword into the side of the truck trailer. The FB is in front and one lane left of the semi. Dark charcoal grey, you only see the rear and side mirrors. Definately a tight *** FB.

1. X605, holy crap! How did you spot that FB? Kudos to my wife who pointed it out to me during the movie.

2. I work for a major engine remanufacturer and if it weren't for GM, we'd lose about 3/4 of our business!
Cracked Heads, Every Valve Rattles, Oil Leaks Every Time

3. Maybe Trinity forgot to push the choke back in on that 996 Ducati... or perhaps the keymaster weighed more than he appeared

Haven't seen it yet. Plant to go soon. I want to go during the day because tickets are only $4.50 before 6 p.m. After that they are like $6.50. I'm trying not to read these threads because I don't want anyone to spoil it for me. LAter

Thumbs up

I saw the movie for $3.75 (pre-5pm student discount price) but I missed the FB! Reloaded was action-packed but the first movie was more story-oriented, or should I saw understandable. I'll figure Reloaded out when I see it again this Thursday though.

Did anyone else notice that there were like 10 white people in Zion? I guess the "white devils" chose the blue pill more often or something. Lol.

Isaac

P.S. GM is crap and we all know it. A few of their cars are good, namely the C5 Corvette.
