well... the gaunt people of Zion can be forgiven for their lack of obesity as they're all just barely getting enough to eat...

General Motors? I was wondering why all the cars looked so crummy!
Somehow missed the FB, though. Guess I'll have to go again.

And here in CA they're setting us back $8.50 AT LEAST!

I saw it on the 14th at 10 PM! There was a sneak preview in Wenatchee of all places. Then on the 15th, me and a friend drove to the best theater we could find in the Seattle area to see it again.

ArcLight Dome theatre in Hollywood is $14 US per ticket. I paid $8 CDN per ticket at the local mall.

It's in a 1/2 hour long scene with lots of slo-mo, so I'm surprised I missed it.

After a while all that slo-mo/sped up film gets boring. I felt like hollering "Enough with the speed-ramping already!"

$12.50 per ticket here in Canada, with another $10 per person for popcorn and a large drink. That's $45 for what amounts to two hours of vegetating in front of a big screen. What a waste of beer money...

It's 6.50 in Ontario because they've dropped the "Entertainment Tax" on movies due to the SARS thing.. Across the river in Quebec tho, it's still a big 8.50-10 dollars depending on where you go

Most of GMs car's build quality is the absolute worst. Not to mention their reliability record. I agree that they make some good looking cars, I like the Grand prix, but my friends mom has a 97 GT and has had nothing but problems with it. Most of the interior plastic is getting broke or worn, the side mouldings fell off, and she hit a pot-hole once and the pass. headlight fell out That is not an isolated circumstance either, I know a mechanic at a GM dealership and even he wont buy a GM car because of the quality of them. Have you ever read about the cavalier/sunfire reliabilty issues? They're awefull. I'd take a protege over a V-6 camaro anyday

The cars may all be GM products, but there is one car a main character drives that isn't (at least I don't think GM has assimilated them) GM. An Audi. For those who can remember who drove it, kudos. Also, all of the bikes are Ducati's (sp?)!!

Also, the preview at the end of the credits rocks! Those are some huge motherships! Sorry for all the exclamation points
