Master cylinder options

Today I discovered my master cylinder is leaking. I just replaced this unit 4 years ago ( from Raybestos for 30$, Part is NLA , or 100$ on eBay if I do want one ) .
The only complete sets I can find are the centric and dynamic friction ones. Both around 65$-70$
I ALSO have my original MC in the garage but I'm afraid the internal bore has probably rusted. Atkins sells a kit to refurbish it for 85$.
What scares me is the fact this unit failed on me after 6,000 miles and 4 years , like what kinda garbage is this

Clutch and brake master cylinders seem to only last a couple years on RX-7s, always have.

What is weird is, I think I have replaced only two slave cylinders, but probably 12-14 master cylinders.

Oh well, I ordered one from dynamic friction off rock auto, if it's garbage il just buy a 30$ reman from Rileys. I took my original one apart last night, the only seal that has any signs of damage is the seal closest to the output, it has some very very light nips on the ridge, I feel that enough to break the seal though.
Oddly enough the Raybestos one i have has THREE prongs, where it bolts up, meaning i had to remove a small little support bracket, the OEM ( if it's OEM) one had two and all the others have two as well.. Maybe this one was never intended for the 79-80 .

I spent all day installing the ******* thing and the seal is so garbaged on it that it sucks fluid into the cab and caused a huge smoke screen. I should have known it was no good when it started leaking fluid out of the main seal when I bench-bled it. Sigh.. I'm going to buy the centric one, **** dynamic friction
