well i am currently (YET AGAIN) trying to get my car to just be back to ******* normal. every time i'm ready to start modding again something happens. this time it was a deer taking out my driver side front section. then the winter brought snow and my car was not used for more than a week and then everything went to hell. car got super flooded, pull started it and the backfires somehow messed up my floats. then the car just kept flooding over and over. AHHHHH! then tried pull starting again, BOOM, a super mega back fire destoyed part of my custom exhaust which was all welded so that killed my spirits yet AGAIN. i have come so close to just setting this car on fire from frustration and disappointment. before all this happened i was ready to buy coldy's turbo prepped carb and intake. i also had lost the internet at this time so i could not respond or get help from anyone. this has just been the worst couple months in a looong damn time. today i finally finished welding (myself) my new straight thru- under axle exhaust. car still wont idle again though, WHICH IS GAY cause this is a freshly rebuilt CARB!!!! see what i mean? it's like i'm not supposed to enjoy this car or ever make it something. AHHHHHHH!!! so if any of you were wondering where i've been. there you go. but i am definitely not selling the rex, i almost have the bugs worked out again and i hope to continue the quest to be turbo charged. i'm just glad my motor isnt completely dead like it sounded. i had thought i blew an apex seal. (that was when i almost set it on fire) lol something about this car though, just caaaaan't leave it.

 

Once you get it right, you wont have problems. I treat my Daily driver like crap, and she runs like a champ and never lets me down. Even with 85psi compression.

aw zach.. you can call me anytime to hang out and we can work on our fb's togeher. roxette is bleeding coolent really bad but the add coolent light comes on every morning i got that "bars" stuff. so we will see what happens...and i have had 30 complaints about her being too loud.... ghey. oh well give me a call sucka! and i may have a loan for my 12at !!!!

it's just a phrase (the whole magnet thing that is), kevin; your exhaust didnt fit right for some reason. so i couldnt use it. i'm having ignition problems right now. bahg. i'll bring it by when i literally have time. i'm so damn busy lately with way too much ****. hope we get our fb's going right though. oh yea, my new exhaust is as loud as i said yours will soon be. JESUS. hahahahah, it rules all hell though!

 

i know exactly what you mean. i have over 2800 in my SE and it still won't run right. i adjusted the timing and i now know the tps is bad. i am sooo frustrated as well. it seems like the car hates me!
