Angry Lubing door hinges

I cant seem to keep my door hinges lubed. It lasts for a couple of weeks, then gets squeaky and stiff again. Anyone got any tricks, tips on a good method or lube that stays in there?

Can't remember which worked for me, but I tried white lithium grease, WD40 and silicone spray until I got something that worked.

The white lithium grease has never worked that well for me, at least the spray stuff. I think the propellant is the problem.
I've had better results with synthetic grease.

Degrease the hinge and roller and then take the Li grease to it. Worked for me for like 2 hole seasons, and seems to be still working now.

Yeah, I used degreaser and a pressure washer to get rid of all the old junk, then put some lithium grease in there and its AMAZING how well it works .
