Question low RPM freak out

this just started happening yesterday on my car it was running fine until i got in the neighborhood. i have a video to show you but have to figure out how to get it on here. it doesn't happen all the time i go below 1 rpm, it happens more i believe when i start to slow down, but on the road and at red lights it doesn't do it.

ill describe the problem first. so what was happening is when the rpm would fall below 1 rpm the 3 lights on the dash would turn on. then once i went over 2 rpms it would go back to normal. heres the video, you can see exactly whats happening.

heres a link to youtube,

you can only view the video thru this link.

let me know if you know whats going on please

If I were you, I'd test the alternator. I know when I first got my fb the alternator belt had snapped, and it had a few random dummy lights on. Replaced the belt, and the dummy lights went out and everything was fine. Maybe when the RPM's drop, the alternators not putting out the proper voltage. Just a guess though...

Yep, low-voltage problem most likely.

No, the speedo is purely mechanical. You have an old car, your going to see a lot of
small issues like this until you've gone through most of it.
