Yeah the issue I am having is finding reputable HID wholesalers for cheap... I will prolly if I decide to make kits just sell the frame and cover (the plastic part that goes around the metal frame... how ever I figure out how to make it )

Ok, I got the roughing near completion, all thats left is cleaning up with the dremel and a couple hole drilled and ive got the frames finished, once that step is done and I get it mounted up, Ill be sending off a diagrahm and hopefully a sheetmetal representation of what I need done for the cover. While thats happening Ill be trying out my idea about getting the lights to stay low without some crazy modification to the whole linkage system to the lights. If it works it will probably be the second biggest cost save of the project, next to finding cheap lights, which isnt happening for HID, at least not yet. Im going to keep cost down, and Ill sacrafice the HID lights and use regular quality halogen thats like an 8th of the price of even crappy HID lights. Im not going to crap out of quality on this kit. But I will have another option or two lined up for people who can drop a good buck as soon as I get this kit off the ground.

If you look at the linkage, all you really need to do if fabricate a small arm that clips on the ball joints and is adjusted for the new frame. I still have yet to make measurements on that so let me know if you try that.

All this is why I decided to do flushmounts. Plus the bonus of the little bit of lost weight and simplicity of design.
I'm rooting for you though, good luck.
