low power/ idles rough, but smooth rpm of 750-800

I have changed my fuel filter , cleaned my air filter , rebuildt the carb(then was convinced i did somethig wrong got it professionally done in town, it made no difference), had the exhaust checked , checked air control valve, newer ignition cables/plugs, cleaned the distributorcap and rotor, put newer ignitors in, this is after the dealership told me that my carb needed to be rebuilt, this is a question about a stock 12a 85 GSL there is msd blaster coils, and a 6a ignition box , I have disconnected the air conditioner but it was too cold to remove it until a couple of weeks ago when my car broke so its even still in there, and have a K&N air element,

the car runs rough, starts good, has very poor power off the line untill about 2500 rpm, then it still sucks but not so bad, the engine runs rough on acceleration at full or close to full throttle, then is smooth on down shifting(5 spd). just the other day i took it back from an import shop that said they new rx7's and could fix it but they couldnt find anythig wrong and they didnt really know anything. so I tried unplugging some sennsors in and around the carb to see if any thing would change but nothing happened, so i tried them all one at a time and nothing changed through any of them. if you need any more info from me please send me a message i dont get to a computer every day but I will get back to you if you took the time to try and help.

Throw a timing light on your leading plugs, just to verify that you are getting spark. I know that you replaced the ignitors, but there may be something else interfering with it. Simple check to eliminate a possible cause...

just checked the shutter thing out and there is a very slight vacume where there shouldnt be, so I get to go all the way down there again. all four plugs spark checked, both rotors sound the same with plugs out
