Looking for pictures of S4 Turbo/Manifold on 12a

I have been searching but cannot find any. I'm wondering about how other people mounted the S4 manifold on the 12a.

I have a manifold with the ovalled out holes.
If it clears my intake is there any other reason to use a 12a exhaust flange in between the manifold and the engine?
Did other people use gaskets between the flange/intake and the flange/engine?
What about JB-welding them together?
Will it be necessary to use extra long exhaust studs? Where can one get them?

Any other tips on mounting an S4 turbo and manifold on a 12a would be appreciated. I have it nearly ready to go but mounting this thing seems more difficult than I had expected.

Thanks

Thanks. I'm looking for pictures more specifically of the turbo and manifold though.
