Well people its getting almost to the final stages. Its no professional job but what do you expect from a Dude that works outside on cars and does no have a garage. Huh really what do you expect. Car is on road and am loving every minute of it.

Mr2 fans inter cooler is a really nice ebay one actually. its just to big though, boost does not hit till 4grand!

 

hey yetter...what Oil Press & Temp Adapter is that?..i thought the ones from racing beat says you cant use them on beehives...bc i wanted to put a oil temp sensor and water temp with my dell dhla swap.

The size of intercooler shouldnt affect when boost hits. Or it does miniscule amounts, it would be down to turbo size

 

Stock s4 turbo. The cooler is huge i mean huge. way to big. There is also a lot of piping in between. I believe it does have something to do with how big it is takes alot of pressure to fill that bitch up. maybe i am wrong guess all it would take was to hook right into turbo. But i am not gonna do that lol.

Dunno how i am gonna get in car vids unless i buy a nicer digi-cam. I might take it to the dyno though if i can find one cheap enough., very curious to see the kinda power putting down. It feels like a kick in the head when boost hits lol. Best way i can describe it is it comes on so hard and so suddenly its like i just hit the N20 button.

Lord knows its scary to drive not like scary fast but like am i gonna break something scary. It's also nice being able to drive it around like normal until i crack the secondaries. Regardless it sucks gas a like a PIG!!! estimated mpg on the boost is probably 4-8mpg. Off boost probably 10-15 in town 20 on highway.

 

Yea thats why i took the turbo out of my integra. Just didnt seem like a good option anymore considering gas is 4.35

 

What size is the cooler and the pipes?
Do you have a link to an ebay seller?
what did the cooler cost?
Your setup looks good.
Two things come to mind as possible enhancements.
1 mount the cone air filter in front of the radiator for cool air.
2 buy or build a more airflow friendly carb hat.
