Looking for clean engine bay tips...
Well im running out of ideas to make my engine bay look as clean as possible, I have the emissions removed. So I don't have any of the rats nest, I have no a/c and no air pump. I installed a second generation fuse box, and redid the battery cables, one question I have is: where is a different place I can hook an Alternative Battery ground to? I had to wired to the alternator bracket but It looked too ugly crossing with the spark plug wires...
Anyone have other tips to make my engine bay look the best as possible?

More than happy with it. Think the radiator was about $800 AUD custom, the fan is 16inch Davis Craig, got it on the cheap from a friend but think its about $300-$350.
Wait till you see the next step in the process Injection Perfection throttle bodies, now that should really tidy up that bay.

I didnt, got a bit of a deal, shhh! but thats how much custom radiators are here. More depending who makes it for you.
Re-core a stock one is about $400AUD.
You can get thermo fans at the local Auto mart for $50 bucks, but Davis Craig are considered to be Quality, reliable and heavy duty,

Not sure what the actual temp is but on the little guage it sits at about 1/3 of the way most of the time, maybe a little higher sometimes. the fan comes on only in excessive traffic delays or hot hot days.
Iam tickled pink with the set up. Its only has two cores but they are whoppers.

I got 2 small elictric fans for the junk yard. they came off a 2004 hundai. They are very clean, they cost me only 20 buks. All I have to do now is strap them in and wire them up. But before I do that I have to remove that clutch fan.

Burning Oil-Grinding 3rd
I take out the Cold Start bottle, and the Washer fluild bottle.
I removed all the wiring from the emissions stuff, Back to the big black connecter.
I also want to move to Direct fire ignition and just put 4 coils on top of the motor, To clean up that wiring.
And maybe some one will make an Alt relocation kit to move the Alt to the AC position. I think that makes it look really nice.

Pulling out the extra hardware or adding some schwanky new part is pointless if the basic engine is a mess! My engine is D-E-A-D stock, but here's what I did to bring it back to life:
-I pulled the rad and oil cooler and had them cleaned and re-painted (powdercoat for the oil cooler, which also must be cleaned sonically - you can't chem-dunk it!!)
-mazdatrix stainless steel oil cooler lines (Ok so I'm not quite stock )
-pulled the battery tray shelf, POR-15 'd the rusty are under there and powdercoated the tray
-dissassembled the headlight motors and ye-e-e-es I powder coated those.
-like wise the main body of the water pump (can't powder coat the impeller portion while assembled cause the oven will cook the seals)
-POR-15'd the w/p impeller section
-POR-15'd the steering box (cleaned it first of course - and plenty of masking!!)
-removed all the hardware brackets and powder coated all them (obviously this is all more cost effective if done in one shot)
-with all the hardware pulled off the sides of the engine compartment I steam cleaned then, with a toothbrush (swear-to-gawd) I used Simple Green and a LOT of elbow grease to get into every nook and cranny, including around the engine block. Real stubborn stuff (not painted surfaces, I would use good old SOS pads.
-then I went over the now-clean paint with heavy duty paint polish to bring out the paint (red)
-followed by 2 coats of carnuba wax- paint looks like its a re-spray!
-then put the whole damn thing back together again and clean the motor off (light hose and a towel-down does it) every few weeks.
Attached pic show's her buck-naked in the middle of my cleaning frenzy, but looky at the glow on the paint in there! Not bad for a 25 yr old paint job
Oh - it took me about 2 weeks to get this done (in spare time, I should add)
