Nice, except the hood needs to look a little more like the T2 hood IMO.

Overfender? You mean Wide-body? Nice kit. It looks like the one on ebay about a month ago for 1k, maybe a little wider. I emailed the guy and they are available.
Here ya go:

Good day , our web site will be up any day now, the kit is a visual splendor, we have had nothing but positive feedback. The price remains fixed at 1000.00 shipped for the time being. Feel free to call if you have any questions, Take care

I don't like it. It doesn't flow nicely at all, the rear fenders just kinda stick out from the body insead of flow out nicely. Hood scoop should be much wider. The front bumper just sticks out in front of the air dam, looks very bad, it needs to replace the bumper cover too so the air dam/bumper is all one piece. I do like the front fenders and the spoiler, but overall, it's nasty.

Leaves me cold. Mariah products look a lot better IMO.
(but i'm sure if that captains chair was installed in the car you'd be ready for Warp Speed there Cpt. Kirk!)

mold the hood scoop into the hood, and do something about the wheel wells. Those are my suggestions.

In comparing, it seems to be identical to the Kit on Ebay for 1000 shipped.

It seems to be several inches wider than the Mariah kit.

The wheels are 17x8 front wearing 235 rubber and the rears are 17x10 rear wearing 275 rubber. I hate the hood scoop, very poor choice, but it is functional (with that setup, which I'd probably change). The thing in the front airdamn, is the oil cooler, the Intercooler is up top Turbo II style.

The bumper IS misaligned in the front, and the kit is cracked in a few places near the drivers side front. The paint looks NEW, and the there is no orange peel or wrinkles.

The reason I ask, is the person who bought the car, wants to sell the body for $2500 obo minus the wheels, drivetrain, brakes, and electronics. Basically leaving a shell and interior. Its a clean title 84 if that makes a difference.

Hmmm, dunno what to do...

The brake fluid is black. it's different, and at the same time it's the same'ol thing . IMO. Don't know what to do ?? Do nothing !! $ 2500 way to much. Say you already own a 1st gen, for $ 2500 dollors. take $ 1000
dollors and buy a body kit. take another $ 1000 dollors and buy some wheels/tires. and $ 500 dollors and have it painted. when you buy the pieces you can pick what YOU want. you choose the body kit. you choose what style wheels. and you choose what colour. no brainer .

I really dont care for the over the engine intercooler. Yeah it may have a spoiler directing air to it. but heat does rise and I bet the cooler is more of a heater if the car isnt moving. how many people you know get a running start at the quarter mile. But I like the body kit and I will be buying one come next tax return. should look really good running my stock X wheels till the tax return after that lol

The last time I had my car painted, it cost me over $700 in materials alone, and took months of prep and then the actual painting. I put that value at over 2k alone.

The wheels aren't included, but I'm trying to get it so they are, cause shopping around for wheels wide enough with a low enough offset seems to be CRAZY expensive, I'm talking over 2k starting without tires. If you can point me in the right direction wheel wise I'd appreciate it.

So thats 17x10-12" with a 0 to negative 15ish offset, with a 4x114.3 pattern.

Thanks for your input, I appreciate it, but please don't make it sound like its ridiculous for me to consider it. I would obviously also try making a lower offer first.

Then buy it !! Remember $2500 dollors for just the 'shell'
to me,,,too much $$$$ now maybe a 'rolling shell' is different. I'm fond of the mode four myself, and may buy another kit for my -SE. Bottom line is,, if you think it's worth-it. get it. IMO.
