Longer wheel studs?

Does anyone know where I can get longer wheel studs (lug bolts???)...they need to be at least 1/2" longer than stock.

I went to a hot rod custom wheel and tire shop in Chicago, showed them a short lug and told them I wanted longer ones. They looked in some catalog and ordered them, no problem. About $60.00 for all. You should be able to get them locally.

The long metric 12X1.50 ARP studs fit SE's perfectly.Summit sells em,listed as being for late model Camaros and such.

Not sure about where to get longer studs for 110MM cars though with thread-ins.Just be cautious of cheap studs that will strip or break.I came across a few before going SE.

Well I don't have an SE but thanks anyways.

apexme-That's sounds great, let me know if you have them still.

Well if I'm going to have to order them, what are the sizes? length, size, pitch, etc.

Thanks,

Mike

Edit:

Alright, I did some calling around. No autoparts store here is going to help. I found some at http://www.wheelcomponents.com/lugstuds.html So before I order can somone go there (to the website) and let me know if I'm correct in assuming that I need the 948L part number/wheel stud?

Once again, my application is on an 85 GSL and I need at least a 1/2" longer over the overall stock lenght of the lug bolts. What I have are 1/2" spacers to go between the hub and rim to prevent my tires from rubbing the springs. My suspension setup is Tociko illumina shocks with eibach lowering springs, sitting on ROH rims. Not that it's important, I JUST NEED LONGER STUDS!

948L is correct, might I recommend some 1537 lug nuts also. They have somewhat high shipping charges so it pays to get two sets of studs and nuts at once if you think you might need another set later on.

OK i know this is a really old thread but i found a good place to get the wheel studs. Just got a set of 20 for 19.99 shipped. I had to use search to find this one, but the info is relevant.
