Thanks for all the info and straight dealing. I will e-mail you about the seats. Does anyone have any idea what the freight charges may be for a set of seats.

Id try www.con-way.com

They are about the cheapest on shipping stuff via freight... Take what you think the leather seats weigh and the pallet... Id say the pallet weighs what 20 pounds or so? Add those together and go get a quote at their website, im shipping from 47713 Evansville, In

I bet it would be a little over $100

On the other hand we MIGHT be able to get UPS to take 2 seperate shipments, 1 box per seat. But I bet them F&^kers are expensive How bout a drive to Ky LOL

How much would you est. the seats to weigh. If my schedule would permit it I would love to take the trip. But, that's not possable now. I was in the Bowling Green area a few years ago on a business and I loved the area.

So how is the price I sent via email? Did you check UPS.com?

BTW: If you send UPS there wont be a pallet I dont assume, I bet one seat per box would fit and meet the requirements

UPS is a lot cheaper. The question is if the boxes will fit the size requierments. As Bob Barker would say "The price is Right"

Im not out in the garage to measure them, but as long as they arent over 58" tall, were all good to go... They draw the line at 58" thats where I had problems with the IMSA air damn I sold ...

You need to shop...UPS just finished a new Contract with the Union so the drivers are now basically at $25/hr. You know somebody's got to pay for that and the UPS execs certainly don't want to see their yearly $4 B profit margin shrink as a result of that raise. Supposedly, FedEx Ground is now serious about eating into that market and have posted rates 10% below UPS where they see a profit possible. Worth checking out...
