A little help please.

I was reading another post that was started, sorry I couldn't find it, but any way I think someone said the the turbo ll motor will fit on to the 12a transmission. What I was wondering is if that was true.

Starter, clutch and flywheels are different. Are you installing a TII in a 1st gen?

Well, since you are new, welcome to the forum, and as we like to say, the Darkside. Sit down and spend some time reading up on some of the basics. Start with the FAQs at the beginning of the forum. In the archives are a couple of threads on TII installs.

If you need an FSM, check my sig line.

You have asked 1 of the 3 most common newb questions for the 1st gen section, and no one has told you to search yet. They must all be asleep at the wheel. lol.

The real question you should ask is, will the 12A trans hold up to a T2 engine?
Short answer, for a short while. Around 200HP, and the 12A trans will start to have "Issues" with durability.
