Question Lines that run under the driver-side floor?

It's been a long time since I posted here. Something came up and I unfortunately wasn't able to work on my 7 for a few seasons. But it's summer finally and I can get back to work from where I left off.

So the problem I had last time was a series of lines I noticed running under the drivers side floor. I have no idea what these are, but I figured I'd better ask here before doing anything I regret. There are big holes around this are and I'm planning to cut it out and replace it asap. However my angle grinder is single speed and fast, so if I bump into one of these lines, what will I be dealing with? Hope it's nothing too risky.

PS: Has anyone come out with aftermarket floorpan replacements yet for the first gen RX7s, or am I gonna have to still fab all those ribs? At least my mig skills are getting better...

Thank you all in advance!

Fab ALL fabricate. Nothing available. Just finished mine. The lines are the fuel lines, fuel vent line and the brake line to the rear. Ummm yeah bump lines with grinder BAD. Very bad.

Mmm that's what I was afraid of. What's involved with disassembly? I haven't drained my fuel tank yet or anything.

I was being facious. If you have to ask then you might not want to be fabricating and welding a floor pan. Lol

You forgot to include a 12mm, 14mm, and 17mm socket and wrench to complete the RX7 necessary tool kit. Any other tool is excess baggage for the tool box.

remove the lines before welding in a new floor pan. you can clean and reuse the original lines or go the custom route using aluminum fuel line. easy to bend and install.

It's okay Mike. I've been burned enough times (figuratively and literally) to know when I need to get some help.

I'm looking at options right now, but any suggestions would be helpful. =)

I need a 10mm for my Carb, 1/2" for my intercooler, and 5/16" for hose clamps.

What's the 17mm for?

unbolt the old lines, fix the floor, and inspect the old lines before you put em back on, and replace as needed?

Yeah I guess it's that straightforward. I know it's probably a noob question, but I've never had to deal with lines or even flushing the gas tank for that matter, which is probably a good idea if I'm going to be doing a lot more welding. Should I flush the fuel tank first? Will I be dealing with a big mess after detaching the fuel lines? Thank you for all your help!
