limping 13b ideas?

as of late my car (84 se) has been starting on one rotor and then after about 3 seconds the second picks up and fires, then the car runs perfect... what is this a sign of?

Water seals could be going bad...
my old SE engine was doing that around the 280,000 mile mark so it had to go bye bye
