Lights Dim when I Drive
Lights Dim when I Drive
Turn signals were out.. I got underneath the dash and slapped around a few things. That seems to have, of only temporarily, fixed the turn signals.
Just took her out for a sunset drive, to verify the lights are fixed.
...they're not.🤬
Headlights popped up together like pros; now neither will go down.
Turn signals are fine, but the cockpit lights and passing/driving lights stopped working.
...or so I thought. I noticed them going on and off. Then, I realized they weren't going on and off, they were dimming in and out.
Every light on that circuit was dimming out every time I excelorated. If I take my foot off the gas (coast) still no lights.
But, when I break, and only when I break...its Christmas;...lights on everywhere. Less break less light; more break brighter lights.
Thoughts?

I did just replace the radiator and water pump.
I'll check the alternator belt. Nice rec.🤙🏾
I'll go back under the dash (damm, I'm too old...), and check those connections, relays and wiring.👍🏾

Use a mirror and flashlight.
Do you have your wheel well liners? is the car lowered?
Front harness could be rubbed through.
