front turn signals

so heres my question, is it against california law to not have front turn signals with your lights, i have the side ones on the front but havent installed the light in front between and above the two driving lights, this is on my new fc2000 front end btw.

In California you need the following for the forward facing lights at night:

Two headlights (in the low beam setting if any vehicle is within 500 yards) within 12 inches of the farthest outmost edge each side fender.
Two marker or parking lights visible from a minimum of 500 ft and either white or amber in color within 8 inches of the headlights listed above.
Left and right side turn signals amber in color visible from a minimum of 500 ft.

Turn signals may be integrated with the marker lights or headlights as long as they are clearly seen as a different light when on, at a minimum of 500 ft.

You also need side marker lights with integrated reflectors on any vehicle wider than 6 ft, with the front side lights being amber and rear side lights being red and both visible for at least 500 ft (which rules out most LED conversions).
