well, maybe they will be temp (1 wk) bans as it usually is the first time, so in a few days they'll be back.

Unjust or not, there was a lot of flaming and cursing, which objectively viewed is inexcusable, and that includes ErnieT, IMHO.

If I was out of line, I had good reason. Taking over a year to deliver goods is not excusable. Some say thats not being a crook. Last time I checked, taking somebody's money and not sending them anything is stealing. IMO...

I've been told rotor housings are being sent today, but the point is I shouldn't have to go to these extremes to get something that was ordered over a year ago. Thats sad....IMO

You might have a point, if your version of the story is accurate, I personally don't know. But I didn't read anything in the rules that licenses you to be "out of line" as you put it, because "you had good reason". As a moderator, it is important that you set the example (again, IMHO).

In any case, glad your issue is resolving.

and the plot thickens. Well, that's ONE way to get product you've paid for. Now how am I gonna get www.batteriesareus.com to cough up that damned Optima battery I already paid for.

Ok, now here's something a little off topic. I have a cosmo 13b 4-port, will the exhaust manifold and turbo from that engine fit onto my 13b? I have a pretty similiar setup, the same intake manifold(racing beat) and carbs(weber 45mm). Thanks for any info.

IF?????????????????? If abusing your power as an official on this site, (which you dont own) to extract personal vengance/ or strongarm someone with whom you have a personal/business problem isint out of line, then I dont know what is. If he owes you this or that, take it up with him like any other forum member would have to. Call the cops, postal inspector or whatever you gotta do. But DONT come in here and start **** and ban my guys for no reason. Your problems with Robert are YOUR problems, not ours.

No, you shouldnt be ALLOWED to go to such extremes. Nothin worse than dirty cops abusing their authority to get what they want. Just as bad as the criminals.

Oh and FWIW (not that you care cause you dont own this place, but see fit to use it as your personal playground for YOUR OWN benefit) But some guys will be hesitant to visit or post here from now on for fear of being banned. Well then again, maybe you own stock in nopistons.com, or mazspeed.com. You caused the owners of this site alot of embarrasment and hurt their membership/business and reputation you jackbooted thug.

Your job is to uphold the rules of this forum as set by the owners/admins. Not to abuse the authority granted to you for personal purposes.

Good Gawd I'm glad you said that, Carl.
Ernie, I looked through your posts, and you have only two threads in this section that you've posted on. Ever.
You DO NOT have a bitch-post about Robert in the "Good Guys/Bad Guys" section.

You should be banned for misusing the trust and responsibility given to you. The boys got rowdy, and you didn't deal with it properly. You used your mod ability to punish them for personal reasons.

To think that any of us would find the excuse you used as an exceptable reason to ban them is an insult to our intelligence, and demonstrative of your immaturity.

(stock motor, stock turbo, non intercooled small45 weber) and it mabe 230RWHP, @ 10PSI wich roughly translates to approx....260 to 270 flywheel hp...
not bad for a low budget turbo setup!!!
I am surprised by this quote and it may explain why people are raising how can a blow thu carb set-up without an intercool produce 120hp more than the same engine with efi and an intercooler.. Robert is way out in his estimate of 150hp for a stock Turbo 2, the official figure is 200hp @ 6500rpm. The only exception was the InfiniIV model with the improved[louder] exhaust which gave gave 215hp.

The final hp will depend on the engine Robert used , the high compression NA or the low compression turbo. Adding a turbo to the NA gives far more power for a given boost, but real wear on the seals.

Out of interest there is no Jspec 1991 engine, all 1991 engines had the same spec.and were identical. It would be correct to say a secondhand engine imported from Japan from a scrapped car.

The answer is NO.........................
Its USED EGINE from JAPAN; not second hand. The term second hand is a used-car lot lingo to make it sound like its hardly used.
