Ladder bar suspension.

I found a Fc rolling shell with a ladder bar set up for drag racing. i was wondering how strait forward it would be to swap the fc rear end, if id be able to use that suspension setup with minimal fabb. work or is it gonna be a pain in the *** to do.

I think it would involve just as much work to build a ladder bar set up for the 1st gen from scratch.

Actually I think it would be easier to build one from scratch then trying to convert the 2nd gen rear end to the 1st gen.

Not a good idea. Either way, you'll need to fabricate from scratch since it's coming from a different chassis.

Ladder bar kits are dirty cheap.

Easy to tune, less adjusting points.

Depends how you look at it, that can be a bad thing to some.

Plenty of ladderbar cars going VERY fast, though.
