so i am trying to figure out why my 81 gsl doesnt get up and go until third gear lol
i dont know allot about cars .. i do know that i have to replace the shutter valve and replace my exhuast system... any one with more exp recommend a good exhaust system?

 

racing beat. some do custom but for you racing beat you can buy a hole system..... also read faqs buddy it will give you some insite on the motor

 

Hit all of the typical tuneup items, then see how she feels.

 

It's the exhaust. Change it first and try again. RB dual or single system. They both work well.

 

Ah, I misread that. I thought he said he had already changed it out...

lol i just drive 20 miles to black dragon. their exhasut price is decent but gaskets they **** you with the prices
