Exclamation Just upgraded 79 points to electronic ignition swap complete- Backfiring

I performed upgrade per bobrx7 instructions, ie installed new 81-85 distributor, cap, rotor, coils, bypassed or removed ballast resistors ran new wires, new spark plugs, everthing to the letter, First my rx seems to be running smoother and a little more responsive.#1- It is backfiring when decelerating, usually one loud pop at highway speeds- and if revvd up from idle it pops. #2- there were two condensers and wires to original points distributor and only one on the 81-85 setup what should I do with these two wires- hook one up, none, both? How? What are they for? It seems to run fine without them.
