Just a thought "12A 6 port"

Has anyone ever played around with the idea of making a 12a 6port engine using the plates off a 13b and the rotors, rotor housings, and shaft out of a 12a?

Yep. I could build one as soon as a buddy take apart is GSL-SE engine. One of the rotor housings is bad, but I think the side plates are ok. It just takes a cusom manifold and 12A rotor housings and rotating assembly. If you're keeping the FI, then it'll need ECU adjustments. I think some HC Luces in the '80s had 6 port 12As.

According to this site http://members.rogers.com/sofronov/C...otary/12A.html they were built for fuel ecconomy and not performance , I think they put out as much power as the US market 13b cars though
