1. 14-18 Hg, depending on porting, May be a bit higher with good compression. My 1/2 bp with 120psi after the rebuild pulls 8-9 Hg due to the overlap.

3. 60 amp minumum, depending on added accs and alt upgrades.

 

What sort of plugs are you running? All standard rotary plugs don't require gapping.
