Just got my permit today :)

So, today i got my permit and i can offically drive now(with a person 21 years or older tho and has a license for more than one year, BUMMER). Anyways, the test was so easy and i'm just letting you guys know. I have a manual transmission and its so fun. They should only make manual cars. Now i can drive, YES .

yeah, congrats. but i'd suggest doing the driving test in an automatic unless u REALLY, REALLY know what NOT to do with a manual during the test.

This was one of the hardest things I've ever tried to comprehend.

And congrats on the permit. I've had my license for six years now. Way to make me feel old when I'm not even close to it.

Congrats!!! Must be as old as my boy who got his permit recently. He is tired of my stock FB which he is using for practice. Now he wants to drive his charcoal gray FB with streetport/gears along with my RX-3.

Congrats. I learned to drive on my GSL, all Ive got to say is, watch out for the rain! with the LSD itll step out with a quickness. Just going around corners at normal speeds will put you sideways in the wet, especially if you hit a paint stripe or something. WEEEEEEEE!

Get wider, grippier tires. I still lose traction, but not half as much, and mainly only when I am trying to.

Actually I took off my 14's and am running the stock 13's for now. So I am sliding everywhere in the rain again.

I took my driving test in an auto as well. I just idled around the course, never even touched the accelerator. Congrats. Now you hae to work on getting your liscense and you'll be set. I have an open diff in my S and it'll still kick the *** end out in the rain if you aren't careful

Ya. The LSD is very useful. My friend has a 84 GS and he always makes the rear end loose just for fun. He says mine is way more fun and easier to control.

I'm 17, only had a stick (a honda, yes, but the good one, the Accord ) and I'll only drive that. Fun or as boring as you'd like. The test in ohio sucks...pull through cones, then pull back, all while steering...hard when you're only 16, but i could easily do it now. Just keep it slow, and simple. Then let the fun come after you get your liscense
