Junk yard ring and pinion

I have searched through all the archives and posts but I have not confirmation of what ring and pinions will directly replace the ring and pinion in my 84 gsl. Does anyone know? I know the front pumpkin from a kia will bolt in but I want to use my stock lsd.

I guess what I really want to know is: can you definately, directly bolt in the 4.77 kia gears in place of the stock 3.9 gears on a 84 gsl axle?

Thanks but that doesn't say anything about swapping ring and pinion. He swapped pumpkins.

Read the whole thing. I don't know why but the first time I looked at it there were only three pages. Maybe I'm seeing things??? Anyway, thanks. It answered all of my questions.
