jsut found this fixable?

i dotn go a pic but today i found a whle in the driver side inner fender wall and can i just cut that out and put another piece in it?

very fixable assuming you know how to fabricate metal and weld. Simply cut out what is rusted, typically the metal behind the upper control arm brace, as well as the double layer of metal higher up in the wheel well, and made new metal patches to fit in the area that is gone and weld it up. Even if your wells look rust free chances are there is plenty of rust hiding in between these layers of metal, I haven't seen one that doesn't have that rust...
