I'm looking for a jspec GSL-SE turbo engine does anyone know where i might be able to find one or at least where to start looking?

there's no such thing. GSL-SE's come with the 13b and the 1st gen never came with the 13b in Japan. I think what you are looking for is the 12at. They come in the GT-X. If you're looking for a 13bt you have to find one in a second gen.
