As I mentioned before, after my bro blew his 12-A streetport, I installed a stock 85 12-A with the 21lbs 215mm flywheel, 48 IDA in his SA with 85 GSL suspension. I used 40 venturies and that ****** ran like hell. He kept up with S2000 but too bad the freeway became congested during Rotary fest in San Francisco last year. So that was end of the unexpected. With me, that S2000 was a joke except I ran out of gears on open freeway.

As i mentioned before, no two engines are alike and the DRIVER got to learn to tune it by trial and error. As I always tell my bro's, "WHO CARES IF MY CARS RUN RICH, IM NOT BEHIND MY CAR."

Personally I'd try
idle: 60f9
aux choke: 3.5mm
main choke: 40mm
Accel jet: 45
main: 180
a/c: 150
e-tube: f-11

Since I live in NC and it is 1000 feet closer to sea level than Washington, would running the same set up work for me? I wouldn't mind running a little rich the whole powerband to redline to be safe.

You should come to some of the Izzys meet's if you're in WA. there are quite a few weber nerds here. I'm turbo weber'd..
This thread might start again with some ether, haha..
I recently bought an FB with a weber 45 on a stockport and it didn't quite run properly. It was jetted pretty lean so I tried the jetting suggested by Hyper4mance2k and now it runs worse. It idles pretty well when it warms up but it wants to stall when cold. When I press the gas too fast at low rpm it just bogs. It sounds like it's too lean and it still needs the mixture screws set at least 4 turns out to even run... What could be the issue?
I'll list the old jetting below

Idle: 45F9
Aux chokes: No marking. Huge
Chokes: 38 mm
Main: 130
E-tube: F16
A/C: 175
Accel jet: 30

The mixture screws were at 5-6 turns out and the air bypass were fully in.
I'm at sea level.

I'd be thankful for any help on this.

You might need richer idle jets. 60 is too lean for my car, I use a 65F8.

How long does it take to warm up?
When it gets below 10C/50F, I need to keep the rpm up a little under a minute before it idles on its own.

Try using the 38mm chokes and see if that helps.

Try using the 38mm chokes and see if that helps.
It takes maybe 5 minutes before it'll idle on it's own. I haven't been quick enough to try if it runs better with choke on.
Yeah maybe 38mm chokes are better? Since it didn't use to bog with 45F9.
I should also add that I'm at around 2,9 psi of fuel pressure. Is that a problem?
And maybe I should check for air leaks? I can see a bunch of RTV around the intake manifold instead of a gasket. It seems weird to me that it needs the mixture screws so far out.

Definitely check for air leaks. Lots of carburetor problems can be traced to that.
Fuel pressure is a little low but shouldn't be a problem with relaxed driving.
