japco fiberglass body kits

I'm sure this has been asked before, but does anyone have experience with the Japco widebody kits? Quality and fit?
I saw someone post that its a race only kit, ie poor/light quality and not a bolt on.

any input on that?

Thanks

It's race components, not street components. All it does is house larger wheels and/or replace sheetmetal. It's lightweight and flimsy. It doesn't have to look good (looks don't make the car faster) and it MUST break easily, so that in the event of "contact" you don't have to worry about fiberglass rubbing the tires or hanging half-on acting like a wind brake.

yeah, race glass is thin and fragile. if you wanna use it on the street you're gonna need to spend hours and some dough adding one or two extra layers of fiberglass underneath each panel to stiffen it up.

don't personally know of the quality of these specific parts, never seen anyone use it down here. but they look alrighty to me.
