Talking I've gone and done it again;

That's right, I'm a sick person with an addiction,lol. As most of you know a couple of months ago I sold all of my parts and my Se and my fb. I was done for awhile.
Then about a month ago I bought my Sa. I figured well that's all I need, wrong.
I went and bought a 85 Se. Well mainly it was bought so that I could get Ben(cowboyfun) car back on the road. Whoever has followed the thread I posted when Bens streetport 12a went South for the winter. The motor in this Se is in excellent running condition, so it is going in Bens car. His rolling chassis for sale ad will change to a 83 Gsl with a 85 13B Se motor, 45oer carb with header system.
I figure with the carb setup and the header system it will be making more Hp then his Streetport 12a did.
So, heres the run down on the Se of what I know so far because I have not gone thru the car. It has brand new Dunlap Sport R2's on her. Brand new cat and what looks like a Borla Muffler. Which I might add sounds pretty good. Rims on the car are a 8-9 out of 10. Interior is Brown leather. The driverside seat needs replacement or redone.Other then a door pull missing on the driverside and the Fan **** missing the rest of the interior is in excellent shape. It has been repainted and there are no dents or dings in the body. There are some paint chips, very few. The car used to be red or maroon but the door jambs and under the hood have been painted the same as the car.

In the last picture as you can see I got the jump on Ben but when he got traction, It was all over with.

That is Cowboyfun's car, twinkletoes.

And that looks to be in really good shape of a car. What are your plans for the car after the engine is put in Ben's car?

The LIM will stay with the swap so we can bolt on the Rb upper for the oer carb. The rest of the stuff I have not decided whether to keep it for down the road if I want to put it back to stock some day or not. The plan in my head right now is to rebuid the 12a streetport and prep it for turbo for the replacement in the Se. But that's just my rough plan right now. That means I get to leave the Sa stock and slowly detail it back to original.
