It's Done

ok all, finally finished the car. i used the wheels off my 808 simply cause they had plenty of life left on them. i painted them black tho, figured they'd look better than the gold that they were painted.

well, considering it was only a project to get engine and all swaped into it and get running as a replacement for my 808 it is. i'll make repairs as needed but that's about it. i don't have the funds to make it the best looking 7 out there. it gets me back into a rotary. it's just a DD.

Thats awesome, you don't need to have the best looking car to enjoy rotaries. Your car does look very good for a daily driver, I just we could DD them where I live =*( damn winter months. Keep it looking that good and hopefully it will be a reliable car for you.

thanx. they're stock rx4 wheels, don't know the offset but i know they're not quite right for the 7. they've also been widened to 7" from the stock 5.5".

Not bad for a DD Mike. Enjoy her.

And yes no project car is ever realy finished. It's a journey not the destination kinda thing.

as seen in the past...spending lots of money can often lead to disasters...like the purple car...and the rex with the big shovel of an air dam on the front...or the one with the sweude top (sick)...lol...you can also spend lots of money...like in my case...and have your car still look like nothings happened...but when its done...it'll be a beaut
