well here is what i am working on right now. i'm getting HID kits together for the factory pop-ups. i should have all the parts needed to make some sets by the end of this month. i'm also working on two strut bars, one that bolts back at the firewall and just a regular one. i will announce pricing only after i am setup via the administration to properly sell on this forum.
i would need a targa band to mold something off of. i don't think i can get one from mazda any more either
here is a dumb question - would anyone be interested in turbo manifolds for the 12a?

Anything in front or rear of the axles acts as a counter weight against what the cars doing. And rotates the car further than you are actually steering. especially in a sliding senario. It's the same on all cars. Don't try to act like your going to bring anything intelligent to this conversation. I'm sure you won't which is why you didn't give me an example of why I'm wrong. If you were honestly asking then sorry to be a dick to you and I would be happy to help you tune your car for whatever you use it for. Also weight in the front and rear effects the braking and acceleration. The best possible car would be on that has the axles being the further most part of the car. So all the weight has less effect on the suspension. Under hard braking more weight in front of the axle will cause the effect of lifting the rear tires which leads to the rear brakes locking up easier. Using adjustable suspension helps but close to stock rx7s are a perfect example of this. That's why the rear tires lock up first. Not that it is bad in every situation. If you want to drift the car it's fine. too much weight behind teh rear axle makes it easier to oversteer the car.
I could go on for pages. Trust me your wrong if you think that weight in front of teh axle is doing you a favor.

About the Nikki Carb hats....
You can get those at one of the online rotary stores... rotaryshack or Mazdatrix or something. Forget which one it was, but they're still available

i'm going to leave the hoods to FIBERMAZ right now. i don't want to step on his toes in any way. the HID kits will be a limited run thing depending on how easily I can source the parts to do this. strut bars will be designed, at least, to clear the Racing Beat air cleaner and Holley setup for the 12A. i think that should be enough to clear the 13B folks as well. turbo manifold i was thinking of having a tubular style made with a T3 or T2X flange on it, internally gated rather than externally gated. i would need a donor turbo from an FC if people really wanted to run that so I could mate flanges.

If you know the answer, explain the reason in a professional manner. Don't go out and start bullying people around because you know something they don't. That's just being an insecure individual. Everyone knows something that another person won't, but you don't see them attacking other members like you have, now do you?

Geezuz, dude, where's this attitude coming from? Did I do anything to you? No, I did not. I misread your previous statement of the fenders and thought about the motor instead, which I did say that I did. And, then I asked you a simple question. And, what do you do? You up and bite my head off for no reason and insult me. In BOTH of your posts to me. First you say that I'm not too keen on rotational inertia and now this. Your entire posts are condescending and I did nothing to deserve that. What reason did you have to become an a-hole towards me? What issues do you have to blantanly attack someone else for no reason?

I think the fender flares are the best idea so far especially for guys with non-coilover suspensions as there isn't much room to clear tire sidewall from the spring since it gets fatter as it goes up. Hence you loose clearance as the suspension travels. My sidewalls rub a bit and I only have 205s on. That kinda sucks.

Now your the typical "I'm the victim guy online" trying to make me look like I'm an *******. You did not explain that you thought I was talking about the engine unless you went back and edited your post when I wasn't looking. And you asked for an explanation and received one. I did put in my post that if it was a legitimate question then sorry for my attitude. Or something to that effect. Don't worry I still love you like a brother and no hard feelings, now enough of bothering this guys post with bs.
And, agreed, not to clutter up the board. I'd like to see some interior pieces done up. Maybe a different styled steering column cover to replace the fragile plastic ones.

I am down for:
12A turbo manifold
flush head light kit
strut bars
rear diffuser
front air dam like the kamei one but in CF
CF sunroof panel
CF interior pieces, like the center stereo surround, gauge bezel
A new gauge face kit with updated color choices
Gauge pod integration into the steering column cover
CF radiator top cover to replace the rusty ones i always see
