take the interior peices out and go to the parts store and get a couple cans of special spray piant thats made for car interiors(i forgot what it's called) spray everything and put it back in, then carpet it, head liner, and reapolster the seats. should be good to go.

Find a car at the junk yard with black interior and swap out the pieces.

I had gray interior, and switched the carpet over to black from an 82 I got to salvage. I'm slowly looking for black interior that isn't damaged, and then I'll get my FC seats reupholstered in black and I'll have the black interior I always wanted

I did exactly what you want to do. Go to Napa, get their vinyl paint, and go at it. Just make sure you use paint thinner and really clean what you are painting, put on a few layers. As far as carpet, you need to hit a junkyard. The doors can be painted, the fabric on the doors can be pulled off and replaced, as the head liner. Just be careful not to crack the carboard/wood/wierd **** that the headliner is on. Stripping it all off is fun BTW

I agree, that vinyl paint/dye should be a last resort.

I think painting it is a good option cuz me n my cuzin used that vinyl paint stuff to paint the interior of his honda shitvic and it turned out pretty good....my interior on my 83 GSL is pretty faded out for some reason so i think im gonna paint it with that vinyl stuff black should look good....u know wat would be kool.....if someone made a few trim pieces in chrome or sum stuff liek that....that should look nice
