at the same price shipped... it honestly doesnt matter. i have an NPR and it works beautifully as my intake temps are hella low!!!! if that second works as good as they say it does then i would maybe go with that one as it does have the bling factor

I remember reading a magazine about diesel turbo intercoolers beeing better than traditional intercoolers. There are a few types as far as core build and all I should fine the article but it did mention that Turbo diesel intercoolers are a nice setup.

intercooler

Go with the new one. It has 30% more capacity, 2.75 inch in/out vs 2.5" for less pressure drop, and it is new, which should have less risk of pinholes or other issues.

if you want a cheep cooler look for a stock evo 8 cooler.

its big
its modern
its efficiant
it cools the small turbo the evo uses up to around 350hp with no issues at all.

That "New" Intercooler is a POS. That's for a little 4 banger. Get an NPR. Just make sure you get the larger one - or the black one if possible.

I have the Large Black NPR (with the paint removed), and will be doubling it up with a 2nd black NPR, for even more efficiency. Can you say - "Ambient Intake Temps?"
