Yeah, I thought I had all the bolts off, then found one of the two middle ones was still on. It was about ten degrees in an unheated garage. Hurts like hell when u hurt your hand in that weather....

This is embarrasing

The whole problem was self induced.

I took the top nuts off the header instead of the intake manifold nuts. You might be able to imagine how stupid I felt when I finally saw my mistake.

Fortunately, Ray Green had an extra intake manifold in his bag of tricks. Not to mention, all he had to do was walk into the garage and I immediately saw the mistake. With any luck it will be running tonight.

Yes, I am officially a newby for life.
