Installing OP gauge?

So my dads buying me a set of gauges, oil pressure, amps, and water temperature, can someone tell me how to install these things without making it sound complicated, thanks

haha.....i like that "without sounding complicated." Sure, drill some holes plug em up and bingo bango you got gauges. But seriously, you'll have to wait and see what kind of gauges your getting, and then maybe you can read the instructions.

^^^ lol "without sounding complicated" hahaha... some gauges have instructions but like he said it usually depends on what you get.

iv done both and both work fine bango bold is better if u want stock oil pressure gauge to work

as for volt metter its straight forward
and water temp im depating where to tap it

Used the factory area for your oil pressure, you will just need an adaptor (metric to 1/8") from your gauge to the factory one. Water pressure, I used the hex head plug used for the heater block. Its located on the drivers side under where the AC comprsser would be. Just feal down the block (no jokes on that) and you will find it. The amps is easy! To be the most accurate run a line from the alt or battery to your gauge. Hope thats simple enough. I used Autometer gauges and they came with the senders and different adaptors. I just needed the extra for the oil pressure. Make sure you use electric units.

well that cleared most of it up for me, ill look for a set with supplied hardware and instructions! thanks for the info
