inside door hand insert

I am trying to find two plastic inserts--the ones that go into the inside door arm rests--where you put your fingers to open and shut the door.

Looking at blackdragon catalog on line, I don't see this item. I ordered their mail catalog. Forgot to mention, the car is a 1982, non GSL.
