Input please on Cold startup
Ok my car starts fine and its pretty damn cold up here right now. But until it warms up it chugs and fires out of wack. When it warms up its completly fine. i am asumeing its casue its running richer than **** when cold. Everything is in correct running order. Is there anything i can do or just deal with it. Also not running stock air cleaner but rather rb one. The pre heater hose probally took care of alot of that in stock form huh?
My temp sender for the choke is busted but when I first start it up I hold the choke out with a penny. I can start driving right after I start up like this as long as I keep the rpms below 4-5k because above that it misfires, but everything below, it runs perfect. After a couple mins of driving (10 blocks or so) I take the penny out and all is good.
Does it chug at idle or under load? I assume your choke works fine.
Sorry I can't give any real help.
